Honor Hare selected for Columbia University REU
November 15, 2019 - Physics and Computer Science major Honor Hare was selected to participate in the National Science Foundation's Research Experiences for Undergraduates program. Honor joined ongoing experimental efforts in high energy particle physics (HEP) and astroparticle physics research at Nevis Laboratories at Columbia University this past summer.
The REU program supports active research participation by undergraduate students in any of the areas of research funded by the National Science Foundation. REU projects involve students in meaningful ways in ongoing research programs or in research projects specifically designed for the REU program.
