Availability

The Office of Technology Services is available for faculty, staff, and student support Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the university is operating under a normal schedule. 

Telephone support 

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
  • Calls received outside of office hours will be forwarded to voicemail.

Email support

  • Email is monitored from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
  • Emails should be sent to the CHS Help Desk (CHS.HelpDesk@uky.edu) in order for a ticket to be created.
  • Emails received outside of office hours will be treated as next business day.
  • Emails sent directly to personal email accounts for OTS employees may not be subject to normal projected response times.
