I wanted to let everyone know if you haven’t already heard that the UK Treasurer’s office came out with a new policy regarding Compensation for Research Subjects located on their website in their Business Procedures, Policy #E9. This was sent out in February—and they are now enforcing it (and refusing to pay patient payments). I have attached the policy for your review. Our 5th annual KARRN conference is coming up on the 25th of September at EKU. The flyer/agenda for this year’s conference is attached.
