Do I have other career options?
Yes! If you are on a pre-med or pre-dental track, for example, and you decide to explore other options in health care after receiving your degree, you have plenty of options within the College of Health Sciences. We would be happy to help you explore the options listed below during an advising session.
In the College of Health Sciences, we offer an array of undergraduate degrees for individuals interested in making an impact as a health professional. We have programs in Clinical Leadership and Management, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Human Health Sciences, and Medical laboratory Science.
Clinical Leadership and Management allows graduates to assume mid-level management or supervision responsibilities in various health care settings. It will also provide an educational bridge to graduate studies in healthcare administration.
Communication Sciences and Disorders is a pre-professional degree program for both speech-language pathology (SLP) and audiology.
Human Health Sciences prepares students for graduate and professional study in a variety of health fields and for work in other areas of healthcare, including mid-level management or supervision across healthcare environments, medical or pharmaceutical sales, and community health advocacy.
