Learn stress reduction skills through mindfulness practice! Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management to college students and other young adults.
These sessions are taught by Rebecca Serrano and affiliated with the College of Health Sciences. However, they are open to any student, faculty, or staff at the University.
Session 1: Wednesdays, 9-25 to 10-16 @ 4 PM
Session 2: Wednesdays, 11-6 to 12-4 @ 4 PM (No class Wednesday before Thanksgiving)
