Natalie began working for CHS in 2018, and has found a home within the Human Health Sciences and Clinical Leadership and Management undergraduate programs. A devoted dog mom, scuba diver, and lifelong learner, her interests include psychology, world history, social justice, photography, and most importantly, environmentalism. Natalie spends her free time owning and operating a wedding and special event coordination and design company with her sister, and has always had a strong passion for entrepreneurship and organization. Any other free time outside of UK and her event business is spent entertaining her 4 dogs, hiking, camping, scuba diving, and taking courses here at UK.
Natalie currently serves as Chair of the CHS Diversity and Inclusivity Committee. She ardently believes our collective success depends on the rich diversity of our perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences. Moreover, she believes it is essential for all members of the human race to feel secure and welcome in their communities, that their contributions are respected, and that all voices are heard. Although her passion and advocacy for diversity and inclusion is ever-expanding, her personal favorites revolve around equity, abolishing mental health stigmas, and representing those from non-Abrahamic religions.
