Mrs. Mullins received a BS in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004 and her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Marietta College, in Marietta, Ohio in 2007. She joined our program in October, 2017, and assumed the role of Assistant Professor in the division of Physician Assistant Studies.
She is involved in KAPA, AAPA, and SEMPA. She is also a member of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and the American Thyroid Association.
She has been a certified physician assistant since 2007, and has worked in Emergency Medicine since that time. Mrs. Mullins has worked at various emergency departments in central Kentucky, since she began practicing as a physician assistant. She currently works in the Emergency Department at UK Chandler Medical Center, and has practiced there since January, 2011.
Mrs. Mullins is married and lives with her husband in Lexington. She also enjoys music, art, reading, and fitness.
