Hi! My name is Rachel Reynolds, and I am a senior at the University of Kentucky majoring in Human Health Sciences, pre-PT. I am also pursuing a minor in Psychology and a certificate in Nutrition for Human Performance. I’ll always be a Hoosier at heart, but I came to UK for its excellent pre-healthcare programs. I am passionate about sustainability and human rights issues, and I have served as the president of the Sustainability Cooperative and a shift captain at Campus Kitchens. In the past, I was also a Peer Mentor for the IHRC LLP, and I traveled to Ecuador with Shoulder to Shoulder Global Brigades.
Currently, in addition being a CHS Ambassador, I am involved in Universities Fighting World Hunger (UFWH), and I enjoy my position as a Student Wellness Ambassador with Campus Rec. In my free time, I love to try new hiking trails, read books, and explore Lexington with my friends. I also like finding new foods and restaurants; if you have suggestions, let me know! I enjoy being a part of the College of Health Sciences, and I always love meeting new people. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to me!
