Samantha Price is a Human Health Sciences student on the Pre-Physical Therapy track. She is a senior from Dayton, Ohio. Along with being a CHS ambassador, Samantha is the Vice President of the Human Health Sciences Student Council, a research assistant in the BioMotion lab within the Physical Therapy Department, a sitter with 4 Paws for Ability, a member of the Red Shoe Crew, and she is on the Promotion Leadership Team at Christian Student Fellowship. She loves being an ambassador because the College of Health Sciences has given her opportunities to make connections within the college and community, take part in research, strengthen her leadership skills, and gain hands on experience in the healthcare field. These opportunities will help her become a successful Physical Therapist. In addition, the small class sizes provide a unique sense of community and have allowed her to create relationships with faculty and students that make the College of Health Sciences feel like home. Choosing to be a part of CHS at the University of Kentucky is the best decision Samantha has ever made. She is more than happy to answer any questions. Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
