1. How do I make a report or referral to the COC?

Go to the report page and submit an online report.

The "Alert" system and the COC Team are NOT resources to be used for emergencies!

If you are in an emergency situation that requires medical, psychological or police services, call 911 from a campus phone.

Once the situation is safe, you should provide an incident report to the COC.

2. What if I want to make a report to the Community of Concern Team but don't have access to the online reporting system?

If you do not have access you may phone the Community of Concern Office directly at 859-257-5134.
