How do I make a referral to CSI?

Go to the home page click on the "Report a Concern" button to submit an online referral to the CSI staff. The "Referral" system and the CSI Team are NOT resources to be used for emergencies! If you are in an emergency situation that requires medical, psychological or police services, call 911 from a campus phone. Off-campus and cell phones, 859-257-UKPD (8573). Once the situation is safe, you should provide an incident referral to CSI.
 

What if I want to make a referral to the Center for Support and Intervention but don't have access to the online referral system?

If you do not have access, you can call the Center for Support and Intervention directly at 859-257-3755.
 

What should I do if someone has a weapon?

If you are in an emergency situation that requires medical, psychological or police services, call 911 from a campus phone.
