Report a Concern

If you have any questions regarding a student you are concerned about, unsure whether to refer, or have additional questions about the referral process, please contact our office to discuss with a CSI team member.

After you refer a Concern:

  • All referrals are reviewed within one business day of receipt. A CSI Case Manager will respond to your referral via email within 24-48 hours, to confirm their assignment to the case and their contact information
  • Every effort is made to begin outreach to the student upon case assignment. However, due to the volume of referred concerns, when there is no known threat to safety or well-being of involved individuals please allow up to one week for your referral to be responded to.
  • If you have additional concerns following your referral, please contact the Case Manager directly or call our office at (859) 257-3755.
  • A CSI Case Manager may contact you with additional questions via contact information provided in the referral.

Referrals are monitored only during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.).

Referrals are not monitored during holidays/campus closures.
