National Search: UK's Director of Inclusive Excellence and Diversity Education

As part of a national search process, the University of Kentucky Office for Institutional Diversity will be hosting three finalists for the open position of director of Inclusive Excellence and Diversity Education. This directorship is an elevated and expanded role that builds on the extensive work related to the Unconscious Bias Initiative that reaches all corners of the university.

This position will be an integral team member in the Office for Institutional Diversity, serving as an innovative diversity and inclusion educator supporting UK’s mission to be a place where everyone belongs and succeeds. Reporting to the vice president for institutional diversity, this director will be charged with strategic leadership of diversity and inclusion education, development of unconscious bias and other training programs, consultation and college and departmental engagement, as well as assessment and metric development for educational initiatives.

The three finalists will each facilitate a campus forum and workshop aimed at highlighting unique skills and vision she would bring to the directorship. All members of our campus community are invited to participate in these forums and workshops:
