Zoom Pro Account
Any UK faculty, Staff or GA/TA are given, by default, a Zoom pro account!
Faculty and students can access their Zoom Profile by logging into UK Zoom using your Link Blue ID and password. From this account you can create new meetings, manage your settings, and access links to recorded meetings.
Meeting sessions can be recorded for viewing at a later time. This feature allows instructors to create useful study materials and share meeting content with students who could not attend the live session. Recordings are stored on locally on the as designated by the meeting host. These recording can then be uploaded to and reused in systems such as YouTube, OneDrive or Linked within your Canvas course.
As with any technology, our office encourages you to backup any recording you wish to preserve. If you have any questions regarding this process, we would be happy to assist you.
