Sensory Evaluations
Sensory analyses are a key component in a successful food marketing plan and can provide data prior to market launches to ensure success.

Nutrition Labeling
With new legislature in place more food manufacturers are required to label their food products in order to conduct business. The Food Systems Innovation Center (FSIC) performs the necessary analysis and develops nutrition labeling information for all product categories.

Good Agricultural Practices (GAP)
Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) and Good Handling Practices (GHP) are audits performed by the USDA to ensure 'that fruits and vegetables are produced, packed, handled, and stored as safely as possible'. Our GAP workshop and training prepare your for a successful audit.
