Located on the Level 1 of the Gatton Student Center, the CATS DEN is the premier recreational space for activities on campus, providing FREE nightly entertainment to students throughout the week, such as Trivia Night on Mondays, Open Mic Nights on Tuesdays, and Comedy Caravan on Wednesdays.
In addition to the regularly schedule weekly events, the CATS DEN hosts concerts, craft nights, improv comedy classes, food tastings, recreational tournaments, new A.M. programming, and much more.

Reserving the Cats Den
Any registered student organization may apply to reserve the CATS DEN in the Gatton Student Center by visiting http://meetatbigblue.uky.edu.
Students must login and visit the REQUESTS drop down located at the top of the page to submit your application. If approved, the UK Student Center may provide a subsidy (up to $250 paid directly to the agreed upon provider by the Student Center) towards the cost of catering, publicity, and/or supplies. Prizes and giveaways cannot be purchased with subsidy funding.

Departments & Faculty
Beginning in Fall 2018, programming opportunities will be available for University of Kentucky departments and faculty. These requests will need to fit into the overall programming model for the Gatton Student Center and CATS DEN and will not receive the subsidy provided to registered student organizations.
