A new Undergraduate Certificate in Distillation, Wine and Brewing Studies was approved by the University Senate May 4, 2015. This program will be hosted in the Department of Horticulture and will include courses from a variety of Colleges and Departments across the University of Kentucky. It is featured in a UKNow story.
