When will I receive my appointment to move to Blazer or Jewell hall?
The appointments for move began on March 27th and will continue through April 3rd.
When will I receive my room Assignment for Blazer or Jewell hall?
Students will receive their move-in assignments over the next week. Our goal is to have everyone in their new assignment by the end of the day on April 3rd.
Why can’t we all move over right away?
Rooms are being sanitized as students moved out of Jewell and Blazer halls. Move-in appointments are staggered so that everyone can adhere to the need for social distancing.
Will there be carts available?
Yes, carts will be available. However, move-in assistance will not be provided. We are respecting the social distancing mandate by the Governor, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and state health department.
Will the front desk be covered?
Yes, Jewell and Blazer’s front desk will be covered 24/7 starting March 28th.
Will I be able to have guests?
No. We are following the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the state health department.
Will I have my own room and bathroom?
Yes. Students will be assigned one person to a two-bedroom suite. Each student will have their own suite and bathroom. No guests allowed in your suite.
Will I have Resident Advisors and a Resident Director?
Yes, Resident Directors and Resident Advisors (RAs) will provide the oversight of the facilities.
Where will I eat my meals if I have a meal card?
Students who have a meal plan will be able to pick up to-go meals at *Champions Kitchen. Students who do not have a meal plan can purchase meals from Champions Kitchen.

- Monday - Friday
- Breakfast 8 - 10 a.m.
- Lunch 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Dinner 4 - 6 p.m.
- Saturday - Sunday
- Brunch 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
- Dinner 4 - 6 p.m.
Starbucks @ Kentucky Clinic
- Monday – Friday 6:30 a.m.- 6 p.m.
*All meals are “to go” boxes, the dining room at Champions is closed for sit-down dining. The same is true with the Starbucks @ Kentucky Clinic.
Will I be able to use the kitchen, multi-purpose rooms or the laundry room?
Student will NOT be able to utilize the kitchens or multi-purpose rooms. However, students WILL be able to utilize the laundry rooms. When doing laundry, we ask that you keep the social distancing mandate in mind and respect others personal space.

What if I haven’t moved-out of my current residence hall and/or made an appointment yet?
If you did not move out of your residence hall by 4pm on Friday, March 27th, and haven’t completed the exemption request form, please contact the Campus Housing office at email@example.com or call at 859-257-1866.
