Thanks for your interest in the Residence Hall Association (RHA) Advisor position! The RHA Advisor is a key leader on the Residence Life staff. The RHA Advisor Graduate Assistant who serves in an active advisory capacity to the student leaders of the Residence Hall Association (RHA) and provide resources and support to student leaders and Residence Life staff within the residence halls. Specifically, this position plays an integral role in providing guidance, risk management and support of all activities that fall under the umbrella of Residence Hall Association.
