The University of Kentucky is proud to offer a generous employee benefits package. We provide insurance, retirement savings, tools for your financial security and many benefits for your well-being.

In fact, our benefits package helped us recently earn national recognition as a Great College to Work For.

Insurance

We offer a variety of health insurance plans, so you can choose the one that best meets your and your family’s unique needs. Plus, you'll pay less because we cover most of the monthly cost — as much as 94 percent, depending on the plan and how many people you cover.

In addition to health, dental, vision and life, you have even more insurance options. You also have access to tax-advantaged flexible spending accounts to help with child care and medical expenses.
