Of course, pumpkin spice mix is great on pumpkin pie, but you could also sprinkle this on your morning coffee drink or mix it into yogurt as a fun substitute to sugary additions. Or, try adding this to savory sides like roasted vegetables, such as squash.

Ingredients

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 teaspoons ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground cloves

1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 3/4 cup nonfat dry milk

1/4 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup cane sugar

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients until well blended. For a more finely-ground mix, pulse in a food processor.
