Creativity Lab (Wired to Create)

The Creativity Lab will focus on short activities each week in April designed to cultivate open-mindedness, intentional living and personal growth. The activities are inspired by academic research on creativity. The creativity lab provides fun, interactive activities informed by psychology and neuroscience creativity research. Topics explored include imaginative play, intuition, openness to experience and turning adversity into advantage.

Creativity is putting things together in a new way, making novel connections, and disrupting old habits of thinking, acting and being.

Week 3 - Openness to Experience
In our third week, we'll explore practices to enhance flow at work and home. We're focusing on openness to experience, which fosters perspective taking conducive to innovation in ideas and more fulfilling relationships.
