Medicaid is a state-operated and federally aided program that provides medical coverage, rehabilitation and long-term care for low-income seniors meeting certain eligibility requirements. Lee Guise, Director of Policy and Operations for KY Medicaid Services, will be with us to discuss the basics of KY Medicaid, including eligibility, how to apply and what benefit programs are available.
