Join us for Tai Chi and experience the a way to move, relax and be present. No previous experience necessary.
Meditation can be done as you move. Join us to explore a variety of ways to meditate while in motion. If you prefer to move around, this may be for you. If the idea of sitting still to relax is not appealing, this might be for you. Stay as long as your schedule allows.
