Mindful Self-Compassion: 4-Week Series
Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. Based on the works of Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, this 4-week workshop, held on Fridays in October, is an opportunity to learn, practice, and bring more self-compassion into our lives.
