Mindful self-compassion workshop
4-Week Series (Session 2)
Research shows that self-compassion increases life satisfaction, happiness, self-confidence, body appreciation and immune function. Self-compassion decreases anxiety, depression, stress, perfectionism and shame. Based on the works of Kristin Neff and Chris Germer, this 4-week workshop, held on Fridays in May, is an opportunity to learn, practice and bring more self-compassion into our lives.
There will be sessions on May 7, 14, 21, 28 from 2 - 3 p.m. It is recommended that you attend as many sessions as you can. Each session has unique content specific to that individual session and you can participate even if you can't attend all four sessions.
