Starting April 1, 2017, employees may request conversion of temporary disability leave (TDL) hours to additional vacation leave hours through Employee Self Service. Employees should log in to myUK, access Employee Self Service, and click the Working Time and Leave Requests link.
A new link, "TDL to Vacation Leave Conversion” will be available on April 1 that will allow employees to automatically request the vacation for which they are eligible. No paper form will be required and the conversion will be processed immediately:
