Hi! I'm Jackie Hanson and I'm a Health Coach for UK Health and Wellness. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a master’s in Health Promotion. My 20 years of experience in wellness has allowed me to gain experience in a wide array of areas: worksite wellness, corporate wellness and independent business. I hold multiple certifications related to fitness and holistic health: I'm a certified health and wellness coach, a tobacco treatment specialist, a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher, a KORU teacher and a Nia Dance White Belt. My passion is encouraging people to nourish their bodies, minds and spirits.
