Delegating is the ability to assign responsibilities and authority to the right employees, taking individual interests, ambitions, development, and competency into account. During this workshop, participants will learn to:

  • Take feasibility and risks into account when delegating responsibilities
  • Regard delegation as an opportunity for the employee to develop and acting accordingly
  • Provide opportunity for the employee to perform a delegated task as he/she sees fit
  • Discuss potential impact of delegated tasks within the context of the organizational goals
