How do you know if you are asking the right questions in an interview? You don't want to waste your time or the applicant's time, however you do want to select the best-fit candidate for your position. It is proven that the most efficient and effective way to gather the information you need to make the right hiring decision is to use behavioral based questions. This series is designed to introduce manageable segments of the behavior based interviewing (BBI) concept. The classes are created to build off of the material offered in the previous training. After attending BBI 201, you will have an in-depth understanding of:

  • What information to solicit from applicants to effectively evaluate and select the best-fit candidate.
  • How to use follow-up questions to get more specific and relevant information from your candidates during the interview.
