Based on the books of John C. Maxwell, this leadership series is designed to encourage and support experienced managers to continue to maximize their leadership potential. Managers and directors attend a weekly lunchtime session for eleven consecutive weeks. The academy is conducted every spring and fall. Who Should Attend: Experienced leaders (managers and directors) who want to grow and develop their skills and abilities as leaders in the context of a structured discussion, self-study and peer support. Curriculum: Leaders will meet for 1 .5 once every week to focus on the following issues. Challenging work, readings, and personal assessments are assigned to be completed before class. Faithful attendance and thoughtful participation in discussion is expected. The agenda below outlines each week's topic of discussion.
