In this dynamic workshop, positive attitude, customer focus, and loads of fun combine to transform the workplace. During this session, participants will:

  • Learn four principles to improve internal and external customer service.
  • Identify creative and innovative ways to bring life and energy to their work.
  • Apply the four principles toward the vision and purpose of University of Kentucky.
