Sexual harassment is a focal point of national attention. This seminar will enable participants to identify behaviors that could be construed as sexual harassment in today's workplace, using current legal standards. Participants will review the University's sexual harassment policy and complaint procedures, and explore steps supervisors and employees can take to prevent sexual harassment. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Identify workplace behaviors that could be construed as sexual harassment.
  • Explain UK's sexual harassment policy and complaint procedures.
