In support of the IRIS Project, Human Resources Training and Development offers a new course designed specifically to help supervisors successfully manage employee's concerns with the change process. By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the five most common phases of reactions to the change process and at least one behavior associated with each.
  • List positive reasons for managing transition and consequences of ineffective management.
  • Participate in skills practice scenarios providing effective strategies for helping others through transition.
  • Demonstrate effective coaching techniques they will employ upon returning to the workplace.
