This course will provide supervisors an overview of the university's corrective action process and related forms. Supervisors will obtain tips on how to effectively coach employees throughout this process utilizing the Positive Coaching Approach. A representative from Unemployment Insurance will join the session to share information about their area. HR Employee Relations will join the session to answer questions from the supervisors.
This workshop is also offered within our SuperVision program, which is required for all employees with supervisory responsibilities to complete.
