The Training section of Employee Self Service has been replaced by SuccessFactors Learning, and renamed “myUK Learning.” You still sign on the same way to myUK with your linkblue id and select myUK Learning instead of Training in Employee Self Service.

The new Learning system is a SuccessFactors product, as is the Performance Evaluation system we started using several years ago. The SuccessFactors Home page you see when accessing either of these modules is the same. Choose “Learning” from the dropdown menu of the Home page, and this will open your Learning page.

myUK Learning is compatible with Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers. The myUK portal works best with Internet Explorer 11. Try these browsers and check that pop-up blockers are not on, allow Flash, and check trusted sites on browser options for: https://performancemanager4.successfactors.com/sf/start/

MyUK Learning opens via single-sign-on once you have accessed Employee Self Service. If you see another log in screen, there may be an issue with your employee data that is preventing access to myUK Learning. You must have an active employee assignment in a regular position, and have an active supervisor to access myUK Learning. If this data is confirmed, and there is still a problem, the issue should be reported to ITS Customer Service at 218help@uky.edu.

Please make sure your browser settings and trusted sites are correct or contact ITS Customer Service (218Help@uky.edu) for assistance:

  • Enable Flash
  • Allow Pop-ups
  • Add the following as Trusted Sites along with [*.]Flash.com

If it’s a past class that was taken any time prior to Aug. 1, 2018, it won’t be seen in myUK Learning. If it’s a class in the future for which someone already registered, the class and enrollment in the class is available in the new system. If someone has trouble finding a class, contact UK HealthCare IT Education or HR Training & Development.

Is the class/scheduled offering showing as available? Are there seats available in the class? If the class/scheduled offering is not displaying, for contact UK HealthCare IT Education or for Campus: email HR Training & Development.

Employees can’t access the old Training system to generate a transcript after 5 p.m. on July 31, 2018. A system admin can create and send a transcript to you. For UK HealthCare: contact UK HealthCare IT Education or for Campus: email HR Training & Development.

All UK employees in active, regular assignments have access via the Employee Self Service tab on myUK. External employees will have access via the External Learner tab.

Use the Internet Explorer or Firefox browser to access myUK > Employee Self Service > myUK Learning.

The myUK Learning website contains job aids, videos, and FAQs to help employees learn more about using the system.

UK HealthCare: contact UK HealthCare IT Education or Campus: email HR Training & Development for assistance. There will be several Learning Administrators across UKHC and campus that have been trained on the new system.

  1. Enable pop-ups
  2. Clear the temporary files/cache for your web browser
  3. Shut down and restart the machine
  4. Add the following as trusted sites:
    • Flash.com
    • Plateau.com
    • Successfactors.com

To ensure you are using an approved SAP web browser, please check the messages that appear on the launch pad tab: IRIS News section of the myUK screen
