She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in Exercise Science, a Master’s of Divinity degree from Gardner-Webb University, and a doctorate in Health Promotion from the University of Kentucky. She holds several fitness certifications (ACSM, ACE, RYT 500) and loves to help others be healthy in body, mind, and soul!
