I help employees, retirees and their dependents in resolving complex claim issues, especially in the area of medical benefits. I can offer my counsel and support by providing assistance working with third party administrators, UK employee benefit managers and the plan participant to resolve any benefit related issue. I seek out those with medical conditions and coordinate their needs with all our health plan programs like disease management, Wellness, and Elder Care.

My goal is to reduce frustrations which are sometimes felt while resolving claim payments and gaining access to health care services.
