  • Average 6,000-7,999 steps a day
  • Average 8,000-9,999 steps a day
  • Average 10,000+ steps a day​

Prize options

If you meet the step goal you chose (6K, 8K, 10K daily average), you get to choose your prize from several options. All are available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-serve basis.

5K run/walk on the last day of the challenge: Saturday, April 7, 2018

5K = 3.1 miles = 6,000 steps

This is a 5K for all faculty, staff, and students working and learning in the University of Kentucky's 16 academic colleges and 10+ administrative divisions. Retirees, alumni, friends, family—anyone and everyone is welcome. Proceeds support the University of Kentucky Center for Community Outreach.
