An EatWell Membership provides a customizable and no-nonsense approach to eating well. In a diet culture filled with confusion, anxiety, and shame around food, we provide a safe place for members to explore new information and ways of thinking, experiment with lifestyle changes, and share their successes and challenges with others.

We offer free three-month memberships, with no limit on the number of times you can renew your membership. Membership is available year-round.
