Koru Mindfulness is an evidence-based program designed to help in the reduction of stress and anxiety while also increasing one's sleep and self-compassion.

This is an online, half-day, silent mindfulness retreat for individuals wanting to try an immersive mindfulness experience. Previous participation in the 8-week program is not required., but may be helpful.

Health coach Jackie Hanson will be facilitating the event.
