KORU is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation. It is an online, experiential class designed to help individuals tune into their bodies by learning two to three skills per week for dealing with stress. Each class focuses on a specific set of skills (belly breathing, meditating, guided imagery) to practice during the class and the week following it. Each KORU class lasts 4 weeks.
