Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

UK Health & Wellness, in partnership with Mind Body Studio's Dr. John Patterson, MD, MSPH, FAAFP offers Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs at deeply discounted rates for UK employees, retirees, spouses and adult-sponsored dependents. MBSR practices help with managing stress-related chronic conditions, relaxing your body, quieting your mind, opening your heart and more. 

This 8-week class begins June 1, with orientation May 18. Apply by May 13.
