Caregiver's Toolkit

To recognize UK employee caregivers, Elder Care is offering a free Caregiver's toolkit. When you request the toolkit, we'll mail one or more of these printed guides to you free of charge.

  1. Pathways Guide - a comprehensive senior resource guide to a range of services and senior housing options available in Fayette County and surrounding areas updated for 2020.
  2. Alzheimer's Care Kit - includes the booklet "Caring for a Person with Alzheimer's Disease" along with other information relating to dementia from the National Institute on Aging.
  3. Prepare to Care - a publication from AARP giving you information and resources to help you get organized in caring for an older loved one
