The University of Kentucky is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award baccalaureate, masters, specialist, and doctoral degrees. Please contact the Commission only if there is evidence that appears to support the University’s significant non-compliance with SACSCOC requirement or standard. Other inquiries, such as admission requirements, financial aid, educational programs, etc., should be directed to the appropriate University department or unit.
Institutional accreditation and academic compliance are overseen by the acting associate provost for planning and assessment and the provost of the University.
