HEED Award Recognition
The University of Kentucky has received the Higher Education Excellence in Diversity (HEED) Award from INSIGHT Into Diversity magazine each year for the past several years. This distinction recognized UK's current strengths and ongoing work in the areas of diversity, equity, and inclusion and is granted by the the oldest and largest diversity-focused publication in higher education.

Campus Pride Index Recognition
UK received five out of five stars for overall campus climate from Campus Pride Index, a national benchmarking tool for colleges and universities which self-assesses LGBTQ*-friendly policies, programs and practices, conducted by and for LGBTQ* experts in the field of higher education. The index includes more than 235 colleges and universities. The rating places UK as the only campus in the Southeastern Conference to receive five out of five stars.

Interfaith Calendar
Institutional Diversity's Martin Luther King Center updates an Interfaith Calendar each semester that lists significant religious holidays that members of the UK community might observe. This calendar is provided to provide a centralized resource for campus partners as they explore programming or other services that could be focused on or impacted by religious holidays. Institutional Diversity's Center for Graduate and Professional Diversity Initiatives and the Office of Faculty Advancement developed a centralized Diversity Resources digital hub that categorizes UK and regional resources that may be of interest to individuals with specific identities, backgrounds, and beliefs. This hub is user driven and new resources can be added through the resource submission tab on the site. The Diversity Resource hub is available at uky.edu/diversityresources or by clicking this link.
Affinity Pages (Managed by the Martin Luther King Center)
