Planned Technical Maintenance: Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)

The University of Kentucky Information Technology Services (ITS) will conduct technical maintenance on the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system that will require SRM to be offline and unavailable during Friday, June 22nd @ 5:00pm until Monday, June 25th @ 8:00am. 


Outage Window:        06/22/2018 5PM to 06/25/2018 8AM
Services Impacted:     SAP SRM Shopping Cart, PRD, Confirmations.

Zoom Account Upgrade

We are happy to announce that all Zoom users are will have Pro accounts. With this Zoom account upgrade, you will enjoy the following additional features:

  • Up to 100 meeting participants
  • Unlimited Duration
  • Reporting

What do you need to do to get upgraded to Pro? Simply login to Zoom with your linkblue credentials.


Zoom Login

Faculty and students can access their Zoom Profile by logging into UK Zoom using your linkblue ID and password. From this account, you can create new meetings, manage your settings, and access links to recorded meetings.

Zoom Recordings

Meeting sessions can be recorded for viewing at a later time. This feature allows instructors to create useful study material and shares meeting content with students who could not attend the live session. Recordings are stored on locally on the as designated by the meeting host. These recording can then be uploaded to and reused in systems such as YouTube, OneDrive or Linked within your Canvas course.

As with any technology, our office encourages you to backup any recording you wish to preserve. If you have any questions regarding this process, we would be happy to assist you.

Weekly Zoom Training Webinars

Regular training sessions are conducted weekly to familiarize Zoom meeting hosts and attendees with emphasis on best practices. These training sessions are hosted by Zoom and are held online via Zoom Webinar Meeting. You are welcome to register for any live session or view the recording of a previous session.
