  • Link Blue UserID
  • Phone Number
  • UKID number (if this is in regards to a password reset request)
  • A full description of the problem including any error message or/and version of software and hardware.

Got an error message?

Since a picture is worth a thousand words, please email us a screen capture. A jpg or .png of the error message would greatly help us identify the problem that you are experiencing.

How to use the print screen function.

  • Windows: Press ALT+PRINT SCREEN This copies the desktop to the Clipboard. Then paste into MS Paint and save.
  • Mac: To capture the entire desktop, press Command-Shift-3. The screen shot will be automatically saved as a PNG file on your desktop
