While the concepts behind IT functions with user and institutional systems remain the same, requirements in areas like mobility (of both systems and data) have changed drastically. Therefore, it should be no surprise that tools and methodologies for those functions in OS X have changed dramatically.

Whether you've been dealing with OS X in the past, or you're supporting it now as users switch, this presentation from an Apple Systems Engineer will give you the latest and best practices for deployment, ongoing support, and lifecycle management of OS X systems running OS X 10.7 Lion and OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. There will also be time for your questions, so come ready to ask and learn!

Presented by Tim Matheny from Apple, this session is designed for IT professionals.

Friday, March 22 - iBooks Author and iTunes U
10-11:30 AM, 205 Gatton B&E Building
