Julia Hall PhD, MSN, RN

Julia Hall received her BSN degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 1992 and a master’s as a CNS in parent and child nursing from UK in 2004. She worked at Albert B. Chandler Hospital from 1993-1997 in the Birthing Center. For the next eight months, she did some travel nursing. She returned to the Birthing Center in 1998 and served as a charge nurse for about a year and then returned to staff nursing. She began teaching clinical groups in 2004 for the obstetrics course and began teaching full time in the college that same year. Currently, she coordinates the obstetrics course and is an adjunct faculty member in the synthesis course. She is also the faculty advisor for the UK Student Nurses Association.
